What I can do for you
Coaching has the power to help us grow and transform. All too easily, we fall into bad habits. We blame others for our failures; we stop listening to our colleagues or we engage in self-sabotage. But the truth is that we all possess the ability to achieve our goals.

A skilled coach doesn’t provide advice, but rather asks the right questions to get us to engage in structured thought, so that we arrive at a point of insight and clarity. With so much going on around us, and so many people telling us what to do, we don’t need a coach to give us more well-intentioned advice. What we need is someone to help cancel out the interference so that we are able to see what it is that we need to do.

A coach can have a dramatic impact in helping us to enhance our lives by helping us to see what it is that we need to work on and to help us do that work. Typically, it isn’t a “quick-fix” solution, and it requires the courage to do some honest self-assessment. But even a few sessions can make a major shift in how we view ourselves, which in turn opens the door to doing things differently. It is when we find new solutions to old problems that we enact lasting change.

Do you want to improve your general confidence or work on qualities you have received consistent feedback about? Or is it something bigger, like changing management style, job or even career? Coaching may well be what you need to make it happen. Personal and Executive Coaching is one of the fastest growing industries for a reason: it allows for honest self-reflection for individuals, develops strong leadership ability in managers, and can lead to the lasting improvement of organisational culture.
So why not get in touch?
I offer free one-off 45-minute chemistry sessions.
A 45-minute chemistry session is about getting to know each other, to see whether we are a good fit as well as exploring your coaching goals and what you would like to achieve. This discussion will give you a sense of how I work, as well as offer practical steps on how I can help you achieve your goals. By the end you will have a clear idea of whether this is something you would like to pursue.

How I work
If we decide that we want to work together, the next step is to plan the way forward, which will entail a number of sessions. Six to eight generally offer the most effective change. There is an agreed length of time between sessions. It is in this time between sessions that the real work will happen as you put into practice the ideas that are generated in the coaching session. In each subsequent session, we will check in on what has transpired between sessions and decide on what needs to be explored next. It is worth noting that the focus in each of the coaching sessions is determined by you. This is your process, and you are in control of it, I am merely the person who is trained to ask the right questions at the most appropriate time.
